The Kimera Kolors Velvet Light Blender Blushing Sun Set contains six concentrated satin acrylic inks designed specifically for creating soft, warm and chromatic highlights. Rather than relying on pure white to lighten colours, these subtly shifted tones allow you to increase brightness while maintaining colour and temperature, resulting in smoother transitions and more natural, integrated highlights.

Create warmer, more expressive highlights
Blushing Sun provides a progression of warm light tones ranging from soft Vanilla and Champagne to the warmer Melon and Apricot. Mix them directly into your acrylic colours to create highlights without desaturating them with pure white, or apply them in thin translucent layers to introduce warmth and atmospheric light. They are particularly useful for skin, fabrics and areas illuminated by warm light sources.

Shape light with greater control
Velvet Light Blenders can be mixed with other acrylics, layered directly over existing colours or diluted for subtle glazes. Build gradual transitions, introduce environmental lighting and push focal highlights while keeping them connected to the surrounding colours.
