Pigments are ultra fine coloured powders used to add realistic weathering and ageing effects to miniatures, vehicles, armour, fortifications, and structures. They are ideal for creating the look of accumulated dust, dirt, dried mud, soot, rust, and natural erosion caused by time and environment. Pigments can be applied dry for soft dusty finishes or mixed with a medium such as pigment binder for stronger texture and a more permanent result.
