Rust Streaks - 35ml

The AK Interactive Rust Streaks is a 35 ml enamel-based weathering effect for recreating reddish-brown rust streaks, corrosion marks and stains on scale models. It is particularly useful for adding vertical rust runs to vehicles, machinery, scenery and other weathered surfaces.

Add rust runs where they belong
Use it beneath bolts, hinges, damaged paint and exposed metal to create the characteristic rust trails found on neglected vehicles, industrial scenery and abandoned machinery.

Create and refine rust streaks
Shake well before use and apply irregular vertical streaks with a fine pointed brush. Allow them to dry for around 10 minutes, then soften and blend the marks with a flat brush lightly moistened with White Spirit to achieve a more natural appearance.
