UV Curing Clay - 50g
The MadWorks x Phrozen UV Curing Clay is a UV-curable sculpting material designed for creating custom details, modifying miniatures, and adding unique elements to 3D printed models. Its soft, clay-like consistency makes it easy to knead, shape, and sculpt, while exposure to 405 nm UV light quickly hardens your creations. Once cured, the material can be painted and attached to your models using super glue.
Easy Sculpting and Quick Curing
Unlike traditional sculpting putties that require longer curing times, UV Clay remains workable until exposed to UV light. This gives you plenty of time to refine shapes and details before hardening them in approximately 30–50 seconds using a compatible 405 nm UV curing light.
How to Use
- Take the desired amount of UV Clay and sculpt it into shape.
- Expose your creation to a 405 nm UV curing light for approximately 30–50 seconds, or until fully hardened.
- Once cured, paint or customize your sculpted piece and attach it to your miniature or 3D printed model using super glue.
Formulation and Handling
MadWorks x Phrozen UV Clay is formulated without TPO or TMPTA. According to the manufacturer, the material achieved 99.07% tissue viability in SGS testing. This test result does not guarantee that the uncured material is harmless or non-irritating. Wear disposable gloves when handling uncured clay, avoid prolonged skin contact, and follow the manufacturer's safety instructions.
