Engine Grime - 35ml

The AK Interactive Engine Grime is a 35 ml weathering effect designed to recreate the dark, greyish and matt grime found on heavily used engines and mechanical components. It is suitable for adding accumulated dirt and operational wear to engines, transmissions and other machinery.

Recreate accumulated engine grime
Apply it around engine blocks, transmissions and maintenance areas, concentrating the grime in recesses and around components that would be difficult to keep clean.

Build grime around mechanical details
Apply it by brush or airbrush depending on the effect required. Once applied, blend and refine the grime with a clean brush lightly moistened with enamel thinner to control the intensity and create natural transitions.
