Elastic Masking Putty

AK Interactive Elastic Masking Putty is an 80 g reusable masking material designed for protecting areas while airbrushing miniatures and scale models. Its flexible consistency can be shaped and adapted to different surfaces, making it particularly useful for creating camouflage patterns and masking irregular areas.

Create controlled camouflage patterns
The elastic putty can be rolled, shaped and positioned to define camouflage patterns with controlled edges, or used to cover areas such as wheels, details and clear parts that should remain unpainted. Its grease-free, non-staining formula is designed to leave no residue and can be removed without damaging the painted surface underneath.

Shape, paint and reuse
Apply the putty shortly before painting, shape it around the areas you want to mask and remove it once the applied paint has dried. The putty can then be collected and reused for future projects.

Important information
Do not leave the masking putty applied to the model for extended periods. AK Interactive recommends applying it shortly before painting and removing it after the paint has dried to prevent the putty from deteriorating.
