Rust and Abandoned Set - 6x
The AK Interactive Rust and Abandoned Set is a 3Gen Acrylics paint set containing 6 x 18 ml paints for miniature painting and scale modelling. A selection of six matt acrylic colours for painting rust, worn metal and chipped paint on miniatures, vehicles, terrain and scale models. The paints offer good coverage and adhesion and dry to a matt finish.
Build convincing rust and worn surfaces
Layer the orange-brown and rust shades to create variation between fresh surface rust and darker, older corrosion. Hull Red and Chocolate help establish dark underlying tones and paint chips on weathered vehicles, machinery and abandoned structures.
Brush and airbrush application
The paints are suitable for brush application and can also be applied with an airbrush when thinned with a suitable acrylic thinner. Shake each bottle thoroughly before use and build up the colour in thin layers.
