Shipping

After placing an order and completing the payment, you will receive an automated order confirmation by email. It is possible that this e-mail ends up in your spam folder, so keep an eye on that as well.

  • If all items are in stock, your package will be packed the same day and shipped the next opportunity, which is a maximum of two working days after placing your order.
  • If you have ordered one or more of our 3D prints that are not in stock, they must be produced. The processing time of a print is usually 5 to 7 working days, this is in addition to the delivery time.

After the order has been delivered to DHL or PostNL, the delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 to 2 working days. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, different delivery times apply, these differ per country.

If an order is only partially in stock, shipping will be delayed until the order is complete. We do not do partial deliveries.

Exceptional delivery times
In busy periods the delivery time can temporarily increase to 2 weeks, you will always be informed about this. Empire of Minis cannot guarantee any delivery time.

Pick up order
In some cases it is possible to pick up your order. Pick-up is only possible if there has been contact about this in advance and the pick-up appointment has been confirmed (Valkenswaard, North-Brabant).

If shipping costs are included in the price, the price remains the same. If separate shipping costs would be charged, these will be refunded.

Delivery services
We work with PostNL and DHL and choose the most suitable delivery service depending on the package. Parcel post is always sent with a track and trace code.

If an order includes 'free shipping', Empire of Minis will choose the shipping method and delivery service.

Packing material
All items are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage. Models are always sent via parcel post to prevent damage. Other items, such as a set of dice, will be sent by letterbox package in a bubble envelope whenever possible. Letterbox packages are only available when shipping within the Netherlands.

For our packages we reuse boxes and filling material that we have at our disposal, most of it are materials that we have received from packages sent to us by our suppliers. We will always choose for the most eco product, like packing tape of recycled plastic. We do this to do our part to reduce the burden on the environment.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs will be added to your order during the checkout process.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium:

  • € 3,95 - € 4,10 for orders that fit through the letterbox.
  • € 6,95 - € 17,00 for orders shipped through parcel post, depending on the weight.
  • Free for orders from €65,- within the Netherlands.
  • Free for order from €100,- within Belgium.

Shipping costs within European Union:

  • € 12,00 - € 33,00 for orders shipped through parcel post, depending on the weight.
  • Free for order from €100,- within the European Union.

You can see the shipping costs once the address details have been added to your order. You do this by clicking on your shopping cart and going through the first steps of the checkout. The order is not completed until payment has been made. Before that time you can cancel the order without obligation.

Shipping address data
It is the customer's responsibility to correctly enter and/or verify the shipping address if it has already been entered. If you find out afterwards that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

DHL Service Point Pickup
When DHL is unable to deliver the package to the shipping address it will be transferred to a DHL Service Point. It is the customer's responsibility to pick the package up at the DHL Service Point.

If the customer does not pick up the package it will be returned to the sender, any shipping costs and additional costs for the returning of the package will be deducted from the order refund value.

Returns

Everyone has the right to return an order up to 14 days after receipt. As soon as we have received the return shipment in good order, you will be credited the purchase amount within 14 days. The shipping costs for the return are for your own account.

If you are going to return, items must be in the same condition as you received them, including the original packaging and with all accessories supplied.

Shipping credit on return
If you return a complete order, you will also be credited the shipping costs of the initial purchase. If you return part of an order, the shipping costs will not be credited.

Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned.

  • gift cards
  • items presented with a described defect, these defects are specified in the item description
  • items made to your specification, such as a 3D print with an increased scale or a 3D print of a self-supplied model

In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded:

  • items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts, and for which this is not our fault
  • items that are not returned within the period of 14 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds
Have you not yet received your refund after 14 days? Contact us.

Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange a product? That's no problem. Contact us. The shipping costs for the return are for your own account.
